Ontwikkelaar uit Science Link na 'intimidatie'

Een projectmanagementbureau uit Weert stopt wegens de 'onacceptabel
dreigende houding' van 'groeperingen' met de ontwikkeling van het
omstreden Science Link in Venray. Op verscheidene activistische
internetsites valt te lezen dat de huizen van enkele projectmanagers
op kerstavond zijn beklad. De actie zou zijn opgeëist door het
Dierenbevrijdingsfront. Volgens de tegenstanders is de bedoeling dat
er in Science Link dierproeven worden gehouden.

In de studio regaeert CDA-Kamerlid Sybrand van Haersma Buma. Hij
verbaast zich erover dat "dierenactivisten nog steeds zo eenvoudig hun
terreur op ondernemers kunnen uitoefenen".
