 Europa is altijd al klaar geweest voor Turkije, het ligt al zo'n 6 miljard jaar aan elkaar vast. De poster (en hopelijk de organisatoren van het debat ook) bedoelen waarschijnlijk 'De Europese Unie', ook wel EU genoemd, of om nog precieser te zijn; de regeringen van de landen die dat construct vormen.
