Could you pls. give me one good reason why a former and professional KGB officer like Putin would shoot himself (and Russia's image) in such a bad way in the foot?

Because he doesn't want to share the loot with the oligarchs?

And tell me who really profits from all the negative propaganda directed towards Russia and Putin c.s.?

The revolution is finally eating it's children.

And may they all get a terminal constipation.
