Dear Sirs,
Several years ago in the 20's (1994-1997) I applied my case to International Court of Justice at St. Gravenhage for Humanitarian reasons, and for National and International Law violations committed by Finnish authorities.
Now it has passed almost 10 years from my personal visit to your Court. I remember it very clearly; I was placed a reservation, but no one was willing to meet me.
At the time I received your reply explaining, that only States may apply to Your Court, I understood the difference of our world, and limitations between our human understanding.
Since my visit I have lost all cases in Finland handing property or other legal cases. Most cases have preliminary judgments done by The Supreme Court. However judgments done against these preliminary judgments and violating law in every respect. Myself, like most other normal citizen, no longer believes in Law, Courts or legal system. People in this bureau are from different world and they have difference background.
During this 10 year time I have been reading articles about State violations witch are allowed to happen thus overruling the idea of making any treaties between States. Last violation Finland did was starting to make internal border cross-checking between European States. An act violation Shengen agreement. No one cares. No other State cared. What makes you think members of International Court, You having any influence to these matters, since you had no influence to violations committed to a single person?
While I was waiting a suitable moment to write this letter to your, I was studying the basics of Engineering Physics. Why? Because I also happen be EPS and needed to prove myself that Human knowledge is limited to the level were we put into skin and exodus. Since I taken now over 240 credits (360 ICTS points) from my profession I can tell this to all of you; I've been dealing three times with thing related to Holy Bible and border phenomena. Knowledge of which is restricted to our capabilities and limitations of understanding what is surrounding us. Things committed research on few Universities, but too complex to normal academically educated.
Reason for telling you all this is very simple. I do not believe in you. I have even difficulties in believing everything Bible says, since I thing God did incorrect thing by placing one race above another. A race from slavery was raised as people with talents and property and the same time they were put in charge of having and keeping slaves. A thing very hard to believe in. We all are entitled to have the same change which God would not give us - this race is not the only people having suffered. And please do correct me, but you we formed to handle II World War violations, but how can you prove, that this would not had been God's punishment to this race, as He has so many times cancelled in Holy Book. And please do remember myself only being a human against racism and for equal change - something I did not get from you or from any other Court. Fortunately we have internet these days so I was able to publish all participants' names and my story in internet. In this way all judges, members of secret and public police, and other government officials get their change of telling their version of the story.
I simply believe more in personal protection, than any Law and treaty, since Human has not learned after human sinned. And I really keep my own friends rather then any of you as my personal friend.
This is all I wanted to tell you to make you realise how little your power to influence on personal or State matters is.
I would tell you about God's things you only imagine, but I feel like.

In reply to your e-mail, I regret to have to inform you that the International Court of Justice is not authorized to make observations on questions such as those raised in your communication.
The Court's activity is limited to rendering judgments in legal disputes submitted to it by States and giving advisory opinions when it is so requested by UN organs or specialized agencies of the UN system.
