 "De gemeente staat slechts vier soundsystems bij de afsluiting van de demonstratie toe. Ook wil zij dat de manifestatie om 18.30 uur wordt beëindigd. De stichting heeft in maart al een aanvraag ingediend voor het houden van de manifestatie, inclusief de slotmanifestatie. Daarin was rekening gehouden met een afsluiting om 20.30 uur."
