 Wanneer je een uitkering ontvangt en in staat bent om arbeid te verrichten, zeker in de bijstand, dan moet je ook werken als je dat gevraagd wordt. Of zijn de bijstandsgerechtigden werkschuw en houden ze liever hun handje op bij de sociale dienst?
