De rechtbank heeft erkend dat het OM een drastische wijziging en Amsterdam een fundamenteel andere situatie nodig hebben willen ze opnieuw tot in beslagname overgaan. In mijn ogen is dat geen slecht nieuws.

en voor de rest pepert hij Verdonk in dat ze aan dr incasseringsvermogen moet gaan werken en dat er mogelijk sprake is van een "zeer ernstige misstand" als zou blijken dat de staat niet de procedures correct heeft gevolgd.
