This poison is in thousands of foods and drinks, especially "Diet" Coke, and similar sodas. We seem to hear a lot about mass murderers these days: insane, demonic sociopaths who thrill to the terror and agony they inflict. On a gigantic scale history names great masters of destruction: Who can number those slain by Hitler, Stalin, and Mao? To collect such a stupendous price the mind of the people must be saturated with propaganda, packaged lies relentlessly fire-hosed into the public consciousness until the world is upside down: evil is virtue; slaughter is holiness, dying for the emperor, the fatherland and the 1,000 year Reich or a twisted religion is the supreme glory. All these crimes breed in the egocentric brains of ambitious morally stunted men full of hubris and hate, consumed with pride & greed.
The same greed, the same hubris, the identical fatal fanaticism resides in the boardrooms of gigantic corporations. Consider Enron, WorldCom, Arthur Anderson and the French medicos who released AIDS-contaminated blood for transfusions. When the crime surfaced these guardians of health sold the sewage to poor nations there to infect millions for generations to come. Heinous condemnation of millions to lingering death! Would not a fair price be to infect these despicable, heartless human scum with their own vaccines? Instead these lords of liquidation with lettered names retire to their chateaus, servants and limousines to tally blood money. Twenty years later they dine in smart cafes and saunter the streets of Paris unpunished! The crime was so deep, the bloodguilt so broad, that a hundred mass murderers got a free pass! Phillip Morris, Coca-Cola and Ajinomoto belong to the same crew, dealing death with poisons that sicken, ruin and murder millions. USA tobacco deaths are 300,000/year; small change when measured by the murders of Ajinomoto, and all it's daughter purveyors of deadly aspartame, including Kellogg, Wrigley, Wyeth, Coke & Pepsi, Smuckers and hundreds of scorpions from the same nest. With the power of continuous artillery bombardment their ads fire the poison down the throats of helpless children and all of us! Their experts cry: "Ridiculous it's harmless!" In 1977 the Food and Drug Administration was on your side when Chief Counsel Richard Merrill recommended to U.S. Attorney Sam Skinner that a grand jury investigate G. D. Searle Co. for "apparent violations of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the False Reports to Government Act for their "willful and knowing failure to make reports to the FDA and for concealing material facts and making false statements in reports of animal studies conducted to establish the safety of aspartame." FDA called special attention to studies aspartame's effect on monkeys and hamsters. In one test on 7 infant monkeys five had grand mal seizures and one died. You and your friends have now the honor of being the replacement monkeys.
The asparkillers were caught flatfooted. Defense was impossible! What to do? What to do? Hire the prosecutors! The defense attorneys hired Skinner. While he was supposedly working up a case against aspartame he negotiated a job with the other side. Skinner didn't leave the Justice Department right away, he dawdled till the statute of limitations was about to run out so the corporate criminals can never be brought to justice.
But FDA held true and for 16 years denied aspartame approval, repeatedly focusing on the matter of brain tumors. Then Ronald Reagan was elected and the CEO of G.D. Searle went to Washington as Secretary of Defense. His name was Donald Rumsfeld. That Donald Rumsfeld! He called in his markers and a new FDA Commissioner, Hayes, was appointed to override the objections of the FDA scientific Public Board of Inquiry. Ignored were all considerations of life & health, this was a matter of greed & profit. Quickly the deed was done, then Hayes took his golden parachute and hired on as a "consultant" to NutraSweet's PR firm for a reported ten year contract at $1,000/day. He hasn't been heard from since. Who has ever heard of a public relations guy who won't talk?

Once upon a time a Delaney Amendment was passed by a cautious Congress caring for our health. It made it illegal for foods to contain any carcinogenic, cancer producing, substances. The late FDA Senior Toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross, told Congress: "Beyond a shadow of a doubt aspartame triggers brain tumors.... by allowing aspartame to be placed on the market, the FDA has violated the Delaney Amendment....Given the cancer causing potential of aspartame, how would the FDA justify its position that it views a certain amount of aspartame as constituting an allowable daily intake or "safe" level of it? Is that position not equivalent to setting a 'tolerance' for this food additive and thus a violation of that law? And if the FDA itself elects to violate the law who is left to protect the health of the public?" Congressional Record SID835:131 Aug 1, 1985 The carcinogenicity has newly been confirmed by a three-year study by the European Foundation for Oncology and Environmental Sciences which revealed it causes leukemia, lymphoma and malignant brain tumors. Their 14 July 05 report declares: "The results demonstrate...that aspartame is a carcinogenic agent."
Gruesome evidence is reported in USA Today of brain cancer in Gulf War vets. They have twice the normal rate. The article links the affliction to Sarin, the nerve gas, but Sarin doesn't produce brain cancer, and aspartame does. Pallets of diet drinks cooked in the Arabian sun for weeks which the dehydrated troops drank constantly. Would you believe that the National Soft Drink Association actually submitted a long and specific protest against the approval of aspartame as a soda pop sweetener? Their multiple objections are in the Senate Congressional Record 5/7/85. It told how the hotter aspartame gets the quicker it breaks down. Breaks down into formaldehyde, methyl alcohol, formic acid (fire ant venom) diketopiperazine and several additional toxins. Notice it says that Section 402 of the FDC Act 21 provides a food is adulterated if it contains, in whole or in part "...a decomposed substance or if it is otherwise unfit for food." The National Soft Drink Assoc. in their protest against aspartame approval in l983 recorded this, as found in the Congressional Record of May 7, l985, Page S 5509, Senate. Amanda Hughes, who drank a dozen or more D-Cokes daily developed a pair of brain tumors, an astrocytoma entangled in an oligodendroglioma. He and I started with Coca Cola back in 1991 he was a fit, healthy guy, good humored, fun guy to be around with, could take a joke and stuff, I remember he always drank D. Coke all the time, he was health conscious, he was a flirt with the ladies so he wanted to be fit. He told me I should start drinking D. Coke and I told that him I did not like the taste ... We got hired into different groups, and years went by and I saw him at a company picnic still looking healthy and drinking D. Coke.
"A couple of years passed again and I saw a co-worker from his group and asked him how Juan was doing. He told me Juan had died, I said, no way, how? From a brain tumor!!!! He told me it was weird, that he worked till just a week before he died!!! He was diagnosed with the brain tumor months before he died but he kept working!!!! He couldn't talk but he was able to fix the fountain equipment!!! For him Coke was the Big league, and he loved his job. I think that's why he kept working!!! Now I believe that the aspartame is what killed him!!!! He drank D. Coke every day. In the Coke environment you have easy access to drink as much as you want!!!"
For 14 years I've sounded the aspartame-kills alarm, says Martini, for no commercial purpose, we sell nothing and beg for nothing; nor have we ever consumed this killer ourselves. When aspartame manufacturers are involved laws are ignored. My Citizens Petition for ban of Aspartame by law must be answered in 180 days. The FDA told me they have more important things to do. It's been over 3 years. Is the FDA Ajinomoto's Washington Branch office?
Aspartame interacts with all drugs and toxins and vaccines and children are afflicted with ADD, ADHD, Tourettes, autism and behavioral problems. It also has a synergistic and additive effect with MSG. A new study by Sharon Fowler of University of Texas links diet pop with obesity. In recent national news they say they will leave in schools the diet and low calorie (Coke Zero with aspartame) pop, and this is the biggest cause of the obesity epidemic. Aspartame also can precipitate diabetes, aggravate and simulate diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy, destroys the optic nerve and even interacts with insulin. But nobody seems to care even the American Diabetes Association who takes money from industry and pushes the propaganda. Don't think American Beverage doesn't know how deadly aspartame is and that it was illegal to add to pop since they quoted the law making it a crime, Section 402 of the FDC Act 21.
