Koekoeroe Reedio needs female programmmakers.
Our anarchist free radio station has been away for a while but we will be back soon!
Dear women,
Koekoeroe Reedio, an anarchist local (but via internet universal to be
listened to) is desperately looking for women who want to make their own
radioprogram for 2 hours a week. We cannot pay you.
We especially would like to welcome non dutch women, who do their program
in another language than dutch. We are located in Leiden.
We have a team of 6 men and 2 women now, so we need more women.
Most of the people in the team now are dutch, exept for one program in
English. So we need more programs in other languages.
What do we expect of a collegue?
. affinity with anarchism, and with free radio (or pirate reedio how ever
you want to call it.)
. a noncommercial attitude.
. an assertive attitude towards the cops if they threaten our radiostation.
. not just caring for your own program, but also being willing to do some
work around it, for the benefit of the whole team. (like publicity
activities, technical work that has to be shared.)
. we are sorry to say that we do have to ask some financial contribution
of the programmakers for renting the studio and so on.
. no exism, racism or antisemitism in the programs.
. a balance between bringing music and news.
. meeting with the team 1 time in the month (about).meetings are in Leiden
What do we offer?

.you have a lot af freedom in the news and music you want to bring and the
way you do this
.a good team who are prepared to help you to get settled in.
We are located in Leiden.
We broadcast normally monday and/till thursday. we ve been away for a
while but will soon be back!
