Om de "discussie" over het plaatsen van twee gedetineerden op een cel nog eens nieuw leven in te blazen:
Op  http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/4021033.stm is m.i. goed te zien, wat de potentiele gevolgen zijn van de idee, twee gedetineerden op een cel te plaatsen....
