_Motorship Stubnitz is a production facility and cultural platform inside a fully-functioning, reconstructed east-german high seas fishing-ship; eighty meters long with four decks. The floating cultural centre is an international, non profit organisation. One of the main goals is to conduct research within cultural and subcultural circuits and to document this. Another stay of Motorship Stubnitz in Amsterdam is planned for end 2004. For now crew-artists come along (without their ship). http://www.stubnitz.com
_The last warehouse at the Veemkade (former Oostelijke Handelskade) which is not yet changed into a shopping-centre, designparadise or appartmentcomplex is the Pakhuis Afrika. Maandagavond 17 mei is Tonka getroffen door een inval.
15 cops ramden de deur in en stonden binnen. Gingen razendsnel naar boven en hebben de zender met antenne meegenomen. Helaas is ook de studio leeggehaald incl. manspersoon die op buro zit.
De Tonka-stream loopt nog op http://www.freeteam.nl:8000/playlist.pls?mount=/tonka&file=dummy.pls .

Sinds 1996 bestaat in Leiden de vrije anarchistische radiozender Koekoeroe Reedio. Aanstaande zaterdag 29 mei organiseert Koekoeroe Reedio een benefiet in de Vrankrijk in Amsterdam. Met discussie, de Puike Prediker en drie leuke bands. Ga je niet naar Appelscha, kom dan naar de Vrankrijk!
