FOR INDEPENDENCE, DEMOCRACY AND SOCIALISM
Three People's Liberation Fighters have fallen in Dersim!
In a world in which the flags of pro-Europeanism, pro-Americanism and civil society are hoisted in the name of democracy and being left-wing, the Front continues its struggle in the mountains and cities for independence, democracy and socialism as well as its resistance for the sake of revolution.
Despite the terrorism and the demagogy used to divert us from the true path of people's liberation, not for a moment have we hesitated to defend revolution and socialism and to fight for it. The reality that the only way to liberate our people is revolution and the only means of bringing about revolution is armed struggle has become much clearer today. Aware of this, we continue our struggle in the cities, mountains and prisons.
On March 28, three guerrillas of the DHKC were slain by the oligarchy's military forces in the Kinzir forest, Hozat district in Dersim (Kurdistan). The names of our guerrilla fighters were Hidir DEMIR, Erhan KOKDEMIR and Haydar BOYRAZ.
Up to the present we have had hundreds of martyrs in the mountains of our country. Hundreds of our guerrilla fighters have fought in the mountains of the Black Sea and Mediterranean region, as well as in the mountains of the Aegean, in Sivas-Tokat and Dersim, as the vanguard of our revolutionary liberation army. The consciousness they bring to the villages has become a weapon against the military forces of the oligarchy. Despite the oligarchy's policy of annihilation, we will not be diverted from organising the armed struggle of the people in the cities and mountains and establishing the military organisation of the People's Front.
The revolutionary strategy established at the start of the 1970s by the People's Liberation Party-Front of Turkey (THKP-C) showed the way to revolution in Turkey.
Revolution in our country will be achieved through a prolonged people's war.
This revolutionary strategy is also valid today.
Those who have lost hope in the victory of the peoples over imperialism, who present resistance to American imperialism as completely impossible and give in to the illusion that democracy can be achieved without independence, have also removed REVOLUTION and consequently also people's war and the guerrilla struggle from their own textbooks.
All theories which lean on „changes, U-turns and adapting to the period are nothing other than theories about surrender. We do not give in or fall to our knees. We are not abandoning revolution and socialism.
Changes, U-turns and adapting to the period: these concepts are like poison and stem from the vocabulary of the bourgeoisie. They are concepts of the monopolies and are used to coerce the struggle of the peoples. Neither America's terror lists nor the tyranny of the AKP can divert us from our path. We will stand up for and continue to fight for revolution and socialism, using all forms of struggle and organisation.
In this world which the American empire tries to force to surrender. THREE PEOPLE'S LIBERATION FIGHTERS have become immortal like their comrades in Kizildere, Ciftehavuzlar and those who are resisting in the F-Type prisons, as vanguard fighters for hope and socialism!
