Saddam gepakt? Nu de Bush regering nog !
Henk Ruyssenaars - 14.12.2003 16:50

The Iraqi's - guerilla or resistance - are not fighting against Saddam, but against the Americans, occupying their country. The capture of Saddam may tenfold the quagmire now he's gone.

In Iraq they fight against the US-led occupation by the Coalition of the Killing; NOT against Saddam !

Saddam Hussein captured : preparing the US exit ?

- The Iraqi's - guerilla or resistance - are not fighting against Saddam, but against the Americans, occupying their country. The capture of Saddam may tenfold the quagmire now he's gone, and the real fight for power starts. That is what most people - like the out of ignorance cheering 'journalists' at Bremer's press conference - seem to have forgotten.

Iraqis do not fight against Saddam but the US occupation !

by Henk Ruyssenaars - the Netherlands - Amsterdam - Sunday 14 December 2003

It was said today, that Saddam Hussein had been captured alive near Tikrit in a major coup for the beleaguered US-led occupation forces in Iraq. If it's him or some double, time will maybe tell.

But for the US he must be real, and 'the genuine article', otherwise fake - socalled "CNN-evidence" - will be provided as proof, as so often before.

Until proven otherwise that this is not another such a faked Hill & Knowlton
"Lynch- WMD- or Incubator-story" - the capture of something Saddam-like offers broad options for the American war machine and the businessmen. Of course the DNA-test is positive*: they have their "real Saddam" at hand.

Like many times before the US forces showed a videotape, this time of what
they said was Saddam's hideout. The video showed a bearded Hussein receiving a medical examination, to the idiotic applause of the journalists.

Those journalists, are they our impartial and unbiased representatives ? They are our eyes and ears in the field ? Shame on them ! It was disgusting to hear them applauding and confirming both bias and mental incompetence.

Those socalled professional journalists, of the biggest news agencies, were
cheering with the occupiers, who are killing in illegally attacked countries.

Without a shred of any kind of UN-mandate,the United States & Israel have been trampling for decades on everything concerning friendships, the United Nations Charter or the International Law and all signed international human rights Conventions.

Those war-morons are not journalists. They are the megaphones of the war
machine, and ought to be very ashamed of their unprofessional behavior.

Earlier, from Tehran to Madrid reports had announced that the Iraqi leader was captured, and in England Prime Minister and US fellow-traveller Tony Blair welcomed Hussein's capture, saying he would be tried in Iraqi courts.

Ignoring the fact that more than half of his own population wants Blair c.s. there too.

International War Crimes Tribunal, but not In the Hague ?

Last Wednesday Paul Bremer and his cohortin Bagdad, made their Iraqi interim
government say that they establish a special War Crime Tribunal for people
like Saddam & friends who are as the see it: 'the evil of this world'.

According to US TV-ABC(IA) : "U.S. officials said they still haven't decided
what to do with Saddam Hussein now that he's been captured, but one option
is putting him before a special tribunal established just days ago.

People in the armed forces, government and the war industry will be tried for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. At the time, they said, Saddam and others - could also be tried in absentia.

Perfect : in different countries there are many people who want to see the
gangsters - responsible for the illegal american warfare and all the victims - be tried in an independent court, for all the misery they have sown and daily are invoking on most of us in the rest of the world.

The 'American-Iraqi War Crimes Tribunal' will cover crimes committed from July 17, 1968 - the day Saddam's Baath Party came to power until May 1, 2003 - the day President Bush - to the surprise of the thinking part of the world's population - 'declared major hostilities over'.

That period should also cover the war crimes by all the other governments of
the collaborating 'coalition forces' -countries, which take an active part inthe 'Coalition of the Killing', including those who deny it.

Like the treacherous Dutch multinatinal war-industry (7th place worldwide), the dutch defense forces, the crooked politicians and the many collaborating
journalists, including part of the Board of the Dutch Journalists Union, NVJ.

What is needed now - 35 years after covering it, in Stockholm/Sweden, the
only country at that time allowing Russell's 'Vietnam Tribunal' in - is again an independent Bertrand Russell-like* Vietnam Tribunal: repeating loud and clear for everybody to hear : "Thou shalt not kill" !
