On the corner of 19th and Guerrero in San Francisco there is a precinct closed. http://sf.indymedia.org/news/2003/10/1651435.php THE RECALL IS RIGGED ! The American vote-count is controlled by three major corporate players -- Diebold, ES&S, and Sequoia -- with a fourth, Science Applications International Corporation, coming on strong. These companies -- all of them hardwired into the Bushist Party power grid -- have been given billions of dollars by the Bush Regime to complete a sweeping computerization of voting machines nationwide by the 2004 election. These glitch-riddled systems -- many using "touch-screen" technology that leaves no paper trail at all -- are almost laughably open to manipulation, according to corporate whistleblowers and computer scientists at Stanford, Johns Hopkins and other universities. http://sf.indymedia.org/news/2003/10/1651138.php Website: http://sf.indymedia.org | life imitates art...? | M02 - 08.10.2003 08:25
Dialoog uit deze film: ________________________________________ Lenina Huxley (Sandra Bullock): I've been an enthusiast of your escapades for some time now. I have in fact perused some newsreels from the Schwarzenegger Library, and that time you took that car-- John Spartan (Sylvester Stallone): Hold it! The Schwarzenegger Library? Huxley: Yes, the Schwarzenegger Presidential Library. Wasn't he an actor when you-- Spartan: Stop! He was President? Huxley: Yes! Even though he was not born in this country, his popularity at the time caused the 61st Amendment, which states that-- Spartan: I don't want to know. ______________________________________ Dit mag dan SF zijn, het bizarre is dat het dus toch niet helemaal meer uitgesloten zou zijn dat Arnold president van de VS wordt, ondanks dat hij niet in Amerika geboren is: "On July 10th, Senator Orrin Hatch, Republican of Utah, quietly introduced what he hopes will become the twenty-eighth amendment: "A person who is a citizen of the United States, who has been for 20 years a citizen of the United States, and who is otherwise eligible to the Office of President, is not ineligible to that Office by reason of not being a native born citizen of the United States.""

Veel goeds is niets te verwachten; daar zullen kiezers die alleen op basis van een filmsterrenimage kozen, binnenkort ook nog wel achter komen. Zie ook http://wsws.org

28 August 2003 - Arnold does several radio interviews to talk about the issues. Asked if he supports gay marriage, he responded, "No, I do not. I think that gay marriage should be between a man and a woman." Website: http://www.WeLoveArnold.com | Enron E-mails Confirm Schwarzenegger-Ken Lay | (posted door Guido) - 11.10.2003 21:51
Internal Enron e-mails confirm that Arnold Schwarzenegger was among a small group of executives who met with Lay at the posh Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel in May of 2001, in the midst of California's energy crisis. The Foundation for Taxpayer and Consumer Rights, which obtained the e-mails, is calling on Schwarzenegger to acknowledge the meetings and disclose the information that was presented and discussed. http://www.scoop.co.nz/mason/stories/WO0310/S00064.htm VIEW THE EMAILS IN PDF FORMAT HERE: http://www.consumerwatchdog.org/utilities/rp/rp003709.pdf | |
