Als een moderne variant op Luther heeft disco socialist Barnabay Snap in bijzijn van enkele tientallen sympathisanten in de ochtend van 2 juni zijn disco socialistische stellingen op de deur van de Utrechtse 'poptempel' Tivoli gespijkerd.

Dit zogenaamde disco socialistische manifest dat de ondertitel 'de invasion of the disco snatchers' draagt zal volgens Snap de zelfde scheuring in de dance cultuur teweeg brengen als de woorden van Luther in de kerk van de 16e eeuw.

Desgevraagd laat Snap de discogangers weten dat "U profiteert de dansvloer RUG".

De disco socialisten laten bij monde van Snap tevens weten dat ze op uitnodiging van het jaarlijkse nieuwe media festival Impakt, dat dit jaar van 3 tot 9 juni in Utrechtse Centraal Museum plaats vindt zijn uitgenodigd om hun dansvloer te infecteren met het disco socialisme virus, want zoals het manifest zegt "more & more all of your disco are belong to us".

Het is onbekend of Tivoli verhaal zal proberen te halen bij Impakt na aanleiding van het ontsieren van hun deur met de leuzen van de disco socialisten, die Tivoli zeggen te scharen in het kamp van de disco socialistische salon revolutionairen. Snap voegt hier aan toe dat "Vandalisme uit dansvloer zijn gaat ja door de ichiban disco socialisten kameraden mooie oren hebben. U dit niet behandelen kunt"
