This is a typical Pavlov´s Dogs kind of experiment ´rewarding´ the rat for going in the right direction by tickling its pleasure centres, hmmmm In a radio interview about this ´fantastic advance´ they said they would be able to use rats to find people in collapsed buildings, so you can imagine what other ´useful´ jobs they may have in mind. - Finding sunken ships perhaps...
