- Go to the following link:
 http://www.consultaeuropea.org/mailman/listinfo/esc

Hi Everyone,

Now that we have finished the incredibly successful
mobilizations during the past few days in Barcelona
(between 300,000 and 500,000 people took part in the
huge demonstration on the 16th), the Barcelona
European Social Consulta Promotor Group are re-focusing
our energy once again on the process of constructing
alternatives through grassroots debate.

We are announcing the inauguration of THE
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION LIST FOR THE EUROPEAN
SOCIAL CONSULTA. To subscribe, do the following:

- Go to the following link:
 http://www.consultaeuropea.org/mailman/listinfo/esc
- Enter your e-mail address where it is requested.
- Follow the instructions...

Once you are subscribed, the address to send messages
is:  esc@consultaeuropea.org

At the same time, we want to remind you that the
provisional web for the consulta has been functioning
for the past few weeks at: www.consultaeuropea.org,
where we are adding documents which we invite you to
read, and to collaborate by translating the most
important ones into your language.

Of the documents already created the most important is
the internal consultation guide, recently finished,
which we only have right now in Castellano (English
translation on the way). We invite you to translate it
into your languages.

We also invite you to create a Promotor Group for the
consulta process in your city.

A Promoter Group according to the definition which we
agreed to is: They are groups of people from diverse
collectives who participate on an individual basis and
who agree during this initial phase of the European
Social Consulta (ESC) to work together in order to:

· Promote the creation of new Promoter Groups.
· Contact the networks and collectives working in your
region and explain the ESC proposal to them.
· Distribute the guide to the internal consultation
among them and encourage them to participate actively
in the design of the ESC, through debates and
participation in the first European Gathering.
difundir esta guía de consulta interna entre
· Establish bridges of communication and information
with the existing dynamics in your areas so they can
enrich the ESC process, making the consulta go from
the local to the global.

That´s all for now.

From the e-mail:  eng@consultaeuropea.org (address for
international information in English), people from the
Barcelona European Social Consulta Promoter Group.

Hola a tod@s,

esto es todo por ahora
