English language call for peace for Afghanistan demo, Sunday 12.30 The Hague, Malieveld

We invite you to join us on SUNDAY 4 NOVEMBER in DEN HAAG to
demonstrate against the new war in Afghanistan.
We will meet at 12:30pm at Malieveld (near Central Station) and will
depart for the Peace Palace/Vredespaleis at 1:00pm.
Millions of innocent Afghan people have been forced to flee their
homes and hundreds have already died from the U.S. led war against
terrorism. According to UN aid agencies over 7 million Afghans are
in grave danger of death from starvation, disease and the cold.
Not only do we think the air strikes on Afghanistan are unjust and
wrong, but we also do not believe that they will eradicate terrorism.
A peaceful solution to the current crisis should be of the highest
priority in order to avoid a catastrophe of unprecedented proportions.
