Yes they are vimeo,politube, engage media, miro etc. but YT gets to the biggest amount of viewers, and if You would like to spread the message as wide as possible...
Maybe best option would be to upload on both but this cost time...
Sometimes we have to make compromise to get further. Its like environmental activist sometimes have to use the car to for example give his lecture at time...or whatever
